Entries by telephone or fax are unacceptable. Time limit for entry means time of receipt at Golf House Kentucky (not time of postmark). The KGA shall not be responsible for misdirected mail. A confirmation of receipt shall be returned by either e-mail or postcard.
ELIGIBILITY: Entrants in all KGA tournaments shall be required to have a current KGA-PGA, Inc. Handicap, be a member in good standing of a Kentucky Golf Association Member Club, and be a bona fide resident of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. An applicant may demonstrate residency by a Kentucky Driver’s License, a college Identification card from a college or university in the state or an address of the residence in the state. The current USGA Handicap Index shall be based on records effective on the posted revision date.
FORMAT: 4-Ball Stroke Play (36 Holes)
FIELD LIMIT: First 60 team entries
Team Divisions (All players must meet eligibility requirements)
>Mens’ Championship Division (Gross) & Handicap Division (Net) (Men – A maximum hcp. of 15 will be applied at Champion Trace Golf Club)
>Seniors’ Championship Division (Gross) & Handicap Division (Net) (Senior – Age 55 minimum, maximum hcp. of 15 will be applied at Champion Trace Golf Club)
