The Kentucky Golf Association (KGA) is pleased to announce an additional benefit for individuals in the KGA Members Program – KGA Member Play Days. These events give KGA Members the opportunity to come together for a day of golf and fun. For 2010, the KGA has scheduled three events (Tuesday, April 6 at The Club at Olde Stone, Monday, June 28 at Persimmon Ridge Golf Club, and Thursday, September 30 at Big Spring Country Club). The events feature a Net Stableford format, and offer competition in four divisions (Men’s Division, Men’s Senior Division, Men’s Super Senior Division, and Women’s Division). Please make plans to join us!
FORMAT: Stableford (Net): Bogey = 1 point; Par = 2 points; Birdie = 3 points; Eagle = 4 points, Double Eagle = 5 points
ELIGIBILITY: Individuals enrolled in the KGA Members Program or Kentucky Senior Golf Association members for 2010 who possess an active individual GHIN System account at a KGA Member Club. Each event is limited to the first 100 entrants.
DIVISIONS: Men’s, Men’s Senior (55-69) Men’s Super Senior (70 and older) and Women’s
PRIZES: Merchandise gift certificates from the host club’s golf shop will be awarded for the top finishers in each Division
FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Continental breakfast will be provided for contestants at each event.
ENTRY FEE: $70 per event which includes cart fees and range (prior to round)
Note – you must be enrolled in the KGA Members Program for 2010 or be a member of the Kentucky Senior Golf Association for 2010, and possess an active GHIN System account to participate.
